Advantage Air Conditioning was originally a Texas based company that located north in 1986. In August of 1990, Advantage Air Conditioning became Advantage Air Conditioning of Virginia Inc.. Since 1990 Our annual contract sales have grown from $300,000 in 1990 to $9,000,000 in 2009. A typical contract value for our firm ranges from $100,000 to $2,500,000. We are always looking to pursue new relationships with general contractors, construction management firms and property owners. We hope to be of service to your firm in the near future.
